Breathwork and movement practices may not be suitable for everyone. By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating safely. If in doubt, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any practice.

The Reconnected Land is not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or health issue arising from participation in any session, class, or programme.

5. Purchases and payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing and conditions displayed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• Sessions booked via Amelia: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Digital products (courses, MP3s): Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access has been granted.
• Subscriptions: May be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Retreats and events: Specific cancellation policies are stated on the individual event page.

All content on this website — including text, images, audio, video, and course materials — is the property of The Reconnected Land and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
