  • Hostinger — website hosting and email marketing (EU servers)
  • Amelia (WPAmelia) — booking management plugin (data stored on our server)
  • WooCommerce / Automattic — e-commerce platform

5. How long we keep your data

  • Booking and purchase records: 7 years (Dutch tax law requirement)
  • Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe

8. Transfers outside the EU

Some of our processors (Stripe, PayPal) are based in the United States. These transfers are carried out under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides adequate safeguards under GDPR.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
