“GROWTH SOMETIMES

REQUIRES STILLNESS”

NOVEMBER

YOUR INNER RADIANCE PRACTICE

November • Your Inner Radiance Practice

“The body needs rest. The mind needs direction. In a world that doesn’t stop, our inner fire can turn restless.”

November invites us inward. The light softens, the days shorten, and our inner fire needs steadiness. This month we’ll move through gentle kriyas, breathwork, and short reflections to clear, ground and renew.

Calming practice

Tools for this month

  • 🧘‍♀️ Kundalini Yoga
  • 🌬️ Breathwork
  • 📖 Daily Reflection / Journaling
  • 🌿 Grounding lifestyle tips (Ayurveda-inspired)

✨ The Conscious Alignment Journaling Practice

  • Don’t worry about being perfect — consistency matters most.
  • Keep writing, even if it feels repetitive at first.

❤️‍🔥 It amplifies your practice

Your journaling continues the inner work of each kriya — integrating body, mind, and energy.

🧠 It trains your nervous system

Simple reflections build calm, focus, and new patterns of clarity.

✍🏼 It clears the mind

When you write things down, thoughts stop looping. You see life clearly and release what’s heavy.

🧿 It connects you to your truth

Writing lets your deeper voice speak — not the busy mind, but what’s real underneath.

Daily Reflections

🌞 Morning – Set your inner frequency

  1. What am I grateful for this morning — even in small, simple ways?
  2. What quality do I want to expand today (calm, clarity, kindness…)?
  3. How can I honor what I already have as I move through my day?

🌙 Evening – Release & integrate

  1. What moment made me feel calm, joyful, or connected?
  2. Did something uncomfortable arise? What might it be showing me?
  3. What am I grateful for tonight that made this day meaningful?

🌿 Ayurvedic Guidance for November

1) Choose warmth in everything

This is the time for soups, stews, and spiced teas. Avoid cold, raw or very light meals that increase instability. Tip: add ginger, cinnamon or cardamom to your tea to awaken Agni gently.

3) Nourish with oil

A brief self-massage with warm sesame or almond oil before showering calms the mind and hydrates the body. Even a few minutes help.

Warm tea

2) Create daily rhythm

Eat, rest and sleep at roughly the same hours each day. Your nervous system thrives when it knows what’s coming next.

4) Make space for silence

Take quiet walks, light a candle, or sit in stillness for a few moments. It’s not doing less — it’s digesting more deeply.
